HQ: Should your mate sacrifice for you?

HQ: Terry & Dave have been together for a year. They have no kids & don’t live together. Dave has been planning a trip to Africa with his Frat brothers since before he & Terry got serious & they are going in 3 months. Terry recently lost her job and is near depletion of her savings trying to maintain. She asks Dave to help her with bills until she gets back on her feet.
