HQ: Should people have to identify a gender on their birth certificate?

HQ: In September 2018, the NY City Council approved legislation to allow New Yorkers to select a 3rd gender category on their birth certificate called “X” for those who don’t consider themselves to be male or female. Would you support this official “non-binary” identity nationwide?
